SHIPPING
First off, thank you for your order! I'm doing a happy dance over here! The time it takes to prepare an order for shippment varies. If you are in the local area I encourage you to take advantage of the free local pick up.
Estimated shipping times:
Shipping time starts once you have received your email update. Orders are brought to the post office every friday.
When possible I send flat orders via sticker mail. This means they are sent in an envalope with a stamp. Although this is the most affordable shippment method, it can be unpredictable and has no tracking. For this reason please allow 2-5 weeks.
At this time I do not offer tracking with shipments. When I do I will update shippment methods to reflect that change.
FREE Local Pick-up:
This is available to those who are in the Guelph and surrounding area. Must be willing to drive to Central(ish)/ South End of Guelph.
Exchanges/Returns/Refunds
If something is wrong with your item, please contact me via email. I am happy to fix my oopsie with an exchange. Currently at this time I do not accept refunds.
